An engineering mindset

JULY 2021 – JUNE 2026

Quality Assurance Manager

Ten Gun Design · supporting Xbox.com

At Ten Gun Design, I led a team of five QA engineers and testers supporting Xbox.com digital marketing experiences.

I coordinated quality strategy, test planning, defect investigation and release readiness with engineering, production, design and business stakeholders. My work included WCAG and Section 508 reviews, repeatable testing practices and developer collaboration on accessibility findings.

In 2026, tooling initiatives I approved and directed into development by my team at Ten Gun Design contributed an estimated 12.5 weeks of combined engineering and QA effort saved on previously manual tasks. I personally developed some of the tools within that wider effort.

Owner estimate across multiple team initiatives; not an independently measured result or savings attributable solely to my own code.
